MaHaser (מה חסר?) הוא עוזר הזמנות מבוסס בינה מלאכותית לברים ולמסעדות. הוא מזמין מספקים בוואטסאפ ומעדכן את האחראי על ההזמנות מה מגיע ומה חסר.
איזה מידע נשמר
- אנשי הקשר של ספקי העסק.
- ההודעות בין המספר של MaHaser לבין ספקי העסק והצוות שלו.
- פרטי ההזמנות: פריטים, כמויות ומועדי אספקה.
למה משתמשים במידע
רק כדי להפעיל את השירות עבור אותו עסק, ולעולם לא עבור לקוח אחר. אנחנו לא מאמנים מודלים של בינה מלאכותית על המידע הזה.
מי מעבד את המידע
- Anthropic: מודל הבינה המלאכותית שקורא הודעות ומנסח תשובות.
- Meta: פלטפורמת WhatsApp Business שמעבירה את ההודעות.
- Fly.io: אחסון האפליקציה.
- Neon: אחסון מסד הנתונים.
- Inngest: תזמון משימות. היא מקבלת מזהי רשומות פנימיים בלבד, ולעולם לא טקסט של הודעות או מחירים.
- Telegram: התראות למפעיל. הן אינן כוללות תוכן של הודעות.
אנחנו לא מוכרים את המידע ולא משתפים אותו עם אף גורם מעבר לספקי השירות האלה.
מחירי ספקים
מחירי ספקים הם סודיים. הם מוסתרים כברירת מחדל, גם בלוח הניהול של המפעיל.
הודעות ממספרים שלא אושרו
הודעות ממספרים שאינם ספקים או אנשי צוות שהעסק אישר לא מקבלות מענה, והתוכן שלהן לא נשמר.
אישור אנושי
כל הודעה ש-MaHaser שולח, וכל פרט שהוא לומד, מאושרים על ידי אדם לפני השליחה או השמירה.
כמה זמן שומרים, ואיך מוחקים
הודעות גולמיות נשמרות לפחות 13 חודשים. אפשר לבקש בכל עת למחוק את כל נתוני העסק.

האתר לא מגדיר עוגיות, לא משתמש בכלי ניתוח ולא כולל מעקבים.

Privacy notice
Who we are
MaHaser (מה חסר?) is an AI ordering assistant for bars and restaurants. It places orders with suppliers on WhatsApp and tells the person in charge what is arriving and what is missing.
What is stored
- The business's supplier contacts.
- The messages between MaHaser's WhatsApp number and the business's suppliers and staff.
- Order details: items, quantities and delivery timing.
How it is used
Only to run the service for that business, never for another customer. We do not train AI models on this data.
Who processes it
- Anthropic: the AI model that reads messages and drafts replies.
- Meta: the WhatsApp Business Platform that delivers the messages.
- Fly.io: application hosting.
- Neon: database hosting.
- Inngest: task scheduling. It receives internal record identifiers only, never message text or prices.
- Telegram: notices to the operator. They carry no message content.
We do not sell the data and do not share it with anyone beyond these service providers.
Supplier prices
Supplier prices are confidential. They are hidden by default, even in the operator's own dashboard.
Messages from unapproved numbers
Messages from numbers that are not suppliers or staff approved by the business get no reply, and their content is not stored.
Human approval
Every message MaHaser sends, and every detail it learns, is approved by a person before it is sent or saved.
Retention and deletion
Raw messages are kept for at least 13 months. All of a business's data can be deleted at any time on request.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and has no trackers.
